Return Policy

For return inquiries: please email cs@kalftine.com. Let us make it right! Please include your Order Number in the title so that we can better assist you.

 

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

1.1 Return time frame: 

Domestic Orders (US): 2 weeks after shipment creation.

International Orders: Depends. Please contact us :)

1.2 Item Conditions:

- Please return items in their original packaging and delivery boxes.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed and unstained prior to return.

- Items must have all tags attached.

- For certain products, protective stitching, or hygiene seal if present, has to be intact prior to return.

- Kalftine can refuse returned items that do not meet the original condition and/or the requirements described above. In this case, the returned item is not to be sent back to the consumer.

1.3 Item Types: 

- For certain product types, exchanges & returns are not possible. These products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. This is indicated on the respective product pages. Please check if this is the case prior to your purchase. Contact us for more details.

 

2. Exchanges

2.1 Costs

- We provide Free Exchanges for items that satisfy the requirements detailed within the "Return Eligibility" sections. Factory defective items or other exceptions are also eligible. 

- You can exchange your eligible items for a different size variant.

- Please note that your desired exchange item may be out of stock. You can confirm by checking the stock indicator on any product page. If this happens to be the case, contact us for a potential pre-order when that specific unit is restocked. In special cases you may exchange your item for a different variant if your item is out of stock at the time of the exchange.

- We can not be responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered returned parcels.

2.2 Costs (discounts and sales events)

- If you wish to exchange an item purchased at a discount for the size exchanges, you may have to pay the difference induced if the sales event ends prior to starting the exchange. Please contact us for more information specific to your case.

2.3 Procedures

- To start a free exchange, here are the steps below:

Step 1: Please confirm the conditions of your items.

Step 2: Email cs@kalftine.com and include your order number. Indicate that you wish to get your order exchanged, or detail your inquiries about the process or other return options.

Step 3: You will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Please download and print out this label. 

Step 4: Pack your return items into the original packaging and shipping box. Secure the box, and physically attach the printed return label to the box.

Step 5: Drop off your package with the shipping courier detailed in your email replies. 

We will start working on your exchange order after the package is shown to be in possession of the corresponding return courier. 

- The exchange shipment will be shipped to your original delivery address. If you wish to have the exchange items sent to a different location, please let us know.

 

3. Refunded Returns

3.1 Returns with refunds: Costs

- We provide Paid Returns for items that satisfy the requirements detailed within the "Return Eligibility" sections.

- Defective items and other exceptions are eligible for up to a full refund on a case-to-case basis. Contact us for more details.

- Return shipping costs will be taken out of the final refund amount.

- Original shipping cost (if any) cannot be refunded under normal conditions.

- Cost estimates for the return shipping fee will be provided through email. It is calculated based on distance and weight. 

- We can not be responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or undelivered returned parcels.

- If your paid return order consist of more than 4 returning items: a $6 (USD) restocking fee will apply on each returning item in that return order. This is necessary to ensure our ability to provide a fair and fast return/refund policy for everyone, and for us to process returned items efficiently. Please contact us for more information on this.

Any Points+ earned by purchase will be deducted accordingly if the items in that purchase are refunded. Additionally, and discounts or rewards redeemed with the aforementioned deducted points will be nullified and the difference compensated on the final amount. 

3.2 Returns with refund: Procedures

- To start a paid return, here are the steps below:

Step 1: Please confirm the conditions of your items.

Step 2: Email cs@kalftine.com and include your order number. Indicate that you wish to get your order returned and refunded, or detail your inquiries about the process or other return options.

Step 3: You will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Please download and print out this label. 

Step 4: Pack your return items into the original packaging and shipping box. Secure the box, and physically attach the printed return label to the box.

Step 5: Drop off your package with the shipping courier detailed in your email replies. 

- We will send your refund once your return package is received and processed. You will receive a refund of your purchase amount excluding the return shipping fee. Please allow a few business days for banks to process your refund.
